MEMORABLE PLACE We are glad to offer about a hundred beautiful and fully equipped apartments situated in Lyon and Nantes city centers. It is also forbidden to smoke inside the flat. Any breach of these rules during your stay will result in a financial penalty.

Property information

This freshly renovated 22 m² studio with a zen atmosphere is situated on the ground floor of a small secured building. You will have fully access to a comfortable 140*190 double bed with its HD TV, a fully equipped little kitchen with everything you need to cook a its dining table for 2, as well as a nice bathroom with a modern shower. There are no windows in the dwelling, but the large glazed entrance door is tilt-and-turn, allowing air to circulate. There is also ventilation. We provide emergency supplies (rice, pasta, some coffee and tea pods etc...) and you have access to a fully-equipped kitchen (hotplates, Nespresso, microwave...). Bed linen and towels are included. Free fiber WIFI available. In the apartment you'll find a guide with all the information you need for an excellent stay (WIFI code, notices, recommended restaurants...). Entry to the apartment is 100% autonomous from 3pm via a key box. Check-out is until 11am maximum. ** Our extras ** Late check-out until 1PM possible for an additional E18 (to be requested the day before departure at the latest). The entire Memorable Place team is committed to providing you with the safest possible stay! Before each arrival, we call in a professional cleaning team to clean and disinfect the premises and the linens used. As mentioned in the advertisement, parties and noisy events (loud music etc...) that could disturb our neighbors are forbidden in our apartment. It is also forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.
