Located in Trélissac, this cosy 45 m² suite, recently renovated, welcomes up to three people and a baby in a quiet residential area, just 10 minutes from the centre of Périgueux and the A89 motorway. You have independent access thanks to a separate entrance at the back of the house; the room is on the upper floor. You benefit from a bright bedroom with a double bed, as well as a single bed and a baby bed available on request. The suite includes a lounge area with a corner sofa, coffee table, television, storage space, and a table with chairs for enjoying your breakfast in peace. At your disposal: a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, small refrigerator, basic dishes, as well as a microwave and hotplate available on request. Amenities include fibre Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, television, and self check-in for more flexibility. There is no kitchen. A courtesy tray is included. A basic breakfast is provided for you to enjoy in your room or in the garden, including coffee, tea, sugar, fruit juice, and biscuits. Your suite has a shower and separate toilet accessible from the bedroom. Bed linen, towels, soap, and shampoo are provided for your comfort.
