Property information

Brimming with contemporary colour, the Iflissen Nest is a luxury ground-floor apartment that invites you to recharge and relax in its cosy cocoon. The main room includes a lounge area with a large convertible sofa, coffee table and TV. On the far side, an elegant wooden dining table opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen. The bedroom features a 160cm queen-size bed, TV and walk-in wardrobe, while the bathroom is composed of a spacious shower and two wash basins. The Nest is located at the side of Laurent and Samir’s home, and comes with fully-independent access, as well as its own terrace and covered parking space. As a guest of the Résidence Tifra, you will have access to all the grounds’ sporting facilities and relaxation areas, including the 25-metre heated outdoor pool, fully-equipped gym and boulodrome. Neighbourhood information

Local sites include historic Chantilly Castle, the medieval town of Senlis, and the Abbaye de Royaumont – with Paris and its innumerable attractions just 35km away and easily accessible by train. The area is also famed for horse riding, and there’s a two-course, 18-hole golf course within minutes. The forest of Chantilly is ideal for running, cycling and family walks.
