Located on the second and top floor of a typical building with old-world charm, it comprises 2 floors and a small additional refuge. ## Logement This beautiful triplex space with exposed beams, renovated in a modern and minimalist style with high quality natural materials, will allow you to live a few days in Chamonix comfortably. It can accommodate 6 people! - On the second floor, you will find the living room with a kitchen in Chamonix granite. - On the second floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a separate bathroom with toilet. - On the third floor, you will find a refuge type room with a double bed. You will enjoy a real immersion in the heart of Chamonix life thanks to the location in the hyper-center (pedestrian street) : restaurants, stores, bars, museum, tourist office, guide company, activities and access to the Brevent-Flégère domain at 10 minutes walking distance. The breathtaking view of the Mont-Blanc at the foot of the apartment (not from the apartment) will leave you with beautiful memories. Full access to the apartment ! Remarks: The third floor refuge room is partially open to the central staircase The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed. The Chamonix train station is a 5-10 minute walk away and so is the bus station! A ski rental shop "O'shop/ Ekosport" is a 10 minute walk away, on the Place Edmond Desailloud, and will offer you a 20% discount on presentation of the flyer left in the flat. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.
