Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The apartment is composed as follows : - A 25 m² air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed, TV, speakers and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, multi-function food processor, espresso machine, etc. - Air-conditioned bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190), TV - Bathroom with bath, vanity unit and heated towel rail - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, iron, board games, library Exterior : - A 20m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
