Nice and bright apartment on the ground floor completely renovated. The apartment has a living room with dining room table and sofa, dressing area, a kitchen equipped with new appliances, including nespresso and citrus press, a bedroom with new bedding of 160 cm, a shower room with window. Separate toilets. A parking space is reserved for you in front of the apartment. Quiet environment, 1 mn from the Balbec shopping center (bakery, butcher's shop, restaurants) and from the Dive
