Arrivals and departures are autonomous and without reception.
The apartment contains 3 bedrooms. The other 2 bedrooms are occupied by other travelers like you. Common areas are shared by all travelers.
Out of respect for the following tenants, an additional cleaning fee of EUR 30 will be charged if you do not respect the premises and do not leave the parts used clean.

Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented.

Note: Bed linen is put on the bed before your arrival or picked up from us in late cases.
All that is disposable is to be thrown in a trash can in the street when you leave.
A security deposit of 100 euros is to be paid before your arrival by credit card on a secure site on the internet (https://www.swikly.com/). You must therefore be in possession of a bank card. This security deposit of 100 euros is not taken from your bank account, it is simply a credit card imprint to protect us from anyone who can respect
Possibility to make the payment by PayPal of the 100 euros. 4 euros fee will be applied to the return of the security deposit.
After the security deposit and after providing the information for the sheets, all the access information will be communicated to you. Except for the key safe code which will be given to you at 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
Departure and arrival times must be respected: Arrival after 3 p.m. and departure before 11 a.m.
