Property information

Just 100 m from the beach, in the heart of the new ‘Le Saint-Louis’ residence, this superb 68 m² T3 garden apartment is fully air-conditioned and offers all the comforts you need for a successful stay, with family or friends. The flat has a spacious, light-filled living room, furnished with comfortable sofas, a convivial dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals with ease. At night, you'll find two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x200 cm) and the other with a double bed (160x200 cm), offering comfortable sleeping areas. A ‘RAPIDO’ sofa bed (140x200 cm) in the living room completes the sleeping arrangements, making it easy to accommodate extra guests. For added convenience, the accommodation has separate WCs and a washing machine. Outside, you'll enjoy a private 300 m² garden and a west-facing terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals al fresco. An electric barbecue is also available for convivial evenings with friends or family. An ideal setting for a relaxing holiday, just a stone's throw from the sea, with all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay.

Neighbourhood information

During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday. A security deposit will be requested upon your arrival. Guests are required to bring their own bed linen and towels. If you prefer, bed linen and towel kits are available upon request. Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional. If you wish, we can handle the end-of-stay cleaning for you. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August. If cleaning fees are not shown during booking, they must be paid on-site when collecting the keys. Youth groups are not accepted. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
