Welcome to Villa L'Alameda! Enjoy a magnificent stay in our contemporary 200m² villas, rated 5* by an accredited body. They have been completely refurbished in 2018 and feature high ceilings. Each villa has its own garden and private facilities, so you'll be completely independent. They can comfortably accommodate 8 and 7 people. They are fully adapted to accommodate FAMILIES. You will have a cot, a high chair, adapted crockery, a WASHING MACHINE and SAFETY BARRIERS to help you protect your CHILDREN and BABIES. You will have access to a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN. Our aromatic herbs are available to season your dishes and/or meats cooked in the BARBECUE in the garden. It is also possible to have your meals delivered or to walk to the restaurant. You have free access to WI-FI, NETFLIX and DEEZER. Each villa has 1 bathroom with bath and 2 shower rooms with walk-in showers, as well as 2 WCs for your greater comfort. In its PRIVATE GARDEN, you can relax at any time of year in the 36-degree JACUZZI, available between 8am and 10pm, while your children have fun jumping on the TRAMPOLINE, playing in the BALANCONY... We also have an indoor games room, open between 8am and 11pm, for your amusement: a BILLARD table, a PING-PONG table, etc. Villa L'Alameda is located 10km from Paris. A 7-minute walk from the MASSY-VERRIÈRES RER station, with direct links to the centre of PARIS, VERSAILLES and the AIRPORTS. The Eiffel Tower is 35 minutes away. For your information, the security deposit is made from a bank card imprint, the secure amounts are neither blocked nor debited. The credit card limit is therefore not affected. Please note that you’ll be charged additional fees per stay if you wish to bring your pet with you.

A very quiet, leafy and emblematic family neighbourhood in the former Cambacérès estate dating from the 19th century. You have all the conveniences with 10 min foot (restaurants, trade) You also have access to the RER B/C GARE RER MASSY-VERRIÈRES 7 minutes with foot. It is directly linked to the centre of PARIS, VERSAILLES and the AIRPORTS. The Eiffel Tower is 35 minutes away.
