A beautiful, first floor sea front apartment, perfect for families, romantic getaways or a trip with friends and situated less than 500 metres from the sandy Boyndie Bay. 22 Waters Edge sleeps 4 adults/children with an additional travel cot. Our 2 bedrooms can be made up as 2 single beds or 1 Super King bed, or both. The kitchen and lounge/diner boasts uninterrupted views over the Moray Firth, where dolphins and seals are regularly spotted. Sit at the big open French windows with a nice chilled glass of wine, watching the sun set and listening to the waves crashing on the rocks below. Or during the winter, look out for the Northern Lights. There is an extended breakfast bar and highchair to enjoy local fresh seafood, whilst also enjoying the views. The spacious bathroom includes a bath/shower to comfortably wash away the sand from Banff's safe and shallow beach, which is perfect for canoeing and paddle boarding or surfing on the rougher days!
Banff itself is a quiet town, with a Tesco and large Co-op for all your convenience needs, but the perfect base for exploring this beautiful part of Scotland. It is just an hours drive away from Aberdeen or head West towards Inverness where you can visit the beautiful seaside towns of Cullen and Portsoy (as seen in Peaky Blinders), and on to Lossiemouth where you can sit on the beach and watch the Typhoons fly overhead (ear defenders advised!). If you are a keen golfer, there are many courses in the area for you to enjoy- including Duff House Royal Golf Club, which is less than a 5 minute drive from the apartment.
