We have created a family friendly home with everything you need for a great holiday. All the rooms are light, airy and newly renovated. The beds are comfy, the kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom has a great shower and bath. The cottage has WIFI, smart TV and a washing machine and dishwasher and all the amenities you need. The Cottage has a small enclosed courtyard garden. There are a range of café’s, shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance of the house. In fact, the Duke of Cornwall is literally across the road. Rochelle River Café is very popular. Marco’s is an Italian 5 minutes walk way on the high road which does great Pasta, Pizza and other dishes In the heart of the town are the beautiful Long timber Woods and riverside walks. 15 minute walk from the house. A great place to have a picnic. You can also walk up to the top of the Beacon. Parking: Paid parking is available within 20 yards of the cottage. Cost of parking is good value via a ringo app. There is free parking outside the cottage after 6pm and all day free parking within a 10 minute walk from the house. Ivybridge is a bustling, friendly town set on the banks of the beautiful River Erme ideally situated as a base to visit Dartmoor and the South Hams, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, all within easy reach. The town is known as the 'Gateway to the Moor' and is the start/finish point of the long distance walking path The Two Moors Way. Look north and visible high above the town is the Western Beacon and to the south , the South Devon coast with its stunning beaches, rolling green countryside and twisting Devon lanes waiting to be explored.
