You will need to bring your towel. As the health center is a collaborating partner, we have no control over their opening or closing times. They may close without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Beaumont House holds no liability for lost or damaged property while using the Health Center’s facilities.

Please note that the property cannot accept bookings of more than 3 rooms together.

The property does not have a 24 hour Reception. Guests wishing to check in after 18:00 must have written agreement from the property prior to arrival.
A surcharge of£25 applies for arrivals at 18:00 - 20:00 and £45 at 20:00 - 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
Please be aware that £5 will be deducted from the total amount charged on your card, rather than the whole amount.
We will deduct the remaining £5 from your reservation upon arrival using a chip and pin (only); identification and the original payment card are required.
