    Location was perfect. Easy walk to the sea front and away from the main roads. The accommodation is generous and newly refurbished. Great to have Boos cafe below for a lazy breakfast. On top of all that a dedicated parking space is a real bonus.

This newly renovated, modern, first floor, two king bedroom flat is located at the bottom end of Woodville Road, Mumbles, SA3 4AD. It is just a five minute stroll to the sea front, and two minutes to the bustling Newton Road, filled with many eateries, high end shops, independent boutiques & galleries.The flat is the perfect place to explore the beautiful village of Mumbles, or further a field picturesque Gower. The flat has been newly converted and is beautifully presented throughout. The flat is located on the first floor, through its own private entrance of the building. On the ground floor of there is a vegetarian cafe which opens from 9am - 5pm during the week, and 10am - 4pm on Sunday's. On entrance through the front door you head straight up a staircase to the first floor landing. Off the landing to your right is access to the bedrooms and lounge, and to the left the bathroom and then onto the kitchen diner. On arrival you will collect the keys from a key safe just outside the front door and are free to come and go as you please. There is on street parking available in the area.Streets are half reserved for resident permit holders and half to everyone else
