Property info

The room is in a older, humble apartment. Expect the age of the apartment to show itself. The outside render has changed colour and has seen better days, and the bathroom is small but has brand new Shower head, tub, Toilet and basin unit. Staircase covered by carpet runners showing original floor boards. Please DO NOT book the space if these things are an issue for you or if you will review them negatively later. Again, this is not meant for a luxury stay or multi-tar hotel.

Sketty is a popular residential village situated along the edge of Swansea city centre, approximately 2 miles in a westerly direction. The village is centred on Sketty Cross along the junctions of Gower Road, Vivian Road, and Dillwyn Road. Sketty Cross offers a range of amenities including local cafés, restaurants and established retail units. The popular retail district and suburb of Uplands is also located within a short driving distance to the east. The area is ideally located for residents requiring to work within close proximity to the city centre while providing ease of access to the surrounding Swansea catchment.
