This unique place has a style all of its own. set on the top of a hill with stunning views over the sound of Sleat, taking in breathtaking views of the Isles of Eigg and Rum and in the distant the most westerly point of Scotland. Either sit and relax outside on the decking or down at the fire pit enjoying the peace and tranquility. Enjoy your relaxing break and cosy up inside with under floor heating through out and a warming glow from the log fire.
This is a newly converted property from an old byre into a modern comfortable space consisting of 1 bathroom, 1 double bedroom with an open plan living room/kitchen/dining area. Surrounding the cottage is a decking with picnic bench so you can dine outside surrounded by stunning panoramic views. Steps lead to a fire pit area with provision for you to use a Bbq. Enjoy the peace and quiet whilst watching for sea eagles, golden eagles, deer and a few nosey hedgehogs that might pop their nose out of the surrounding croft.
There is a Ferry from Armadale to Mallaig which is 3.5 miles down the road. Armadale is also where the local bus stop is which can take you to other parts of the island, however there is no local transport from Ardvasar down the single track road to Aird so a car is essential.
We are 45 miles from portree, 25 miles from kyle of lochalsh and 33 miles to raasay ferry terminal
