Swains cottage is a beautiful, character filled place to stay in the heart of Uplyme, East Devon. The cottage has a terrace garden, three light bedrooms and exposed beams. It is the perfect base for exploring Devon and Dorset and is close to many places of interest and beautiful beaches along the Jurassic coast. Lyme Regis is a picturesque walk or just a short drive away. Great for keen walkers or cyclist or the perfect spot to just relax.

Swains Cottage is situated in the middle of Uplyme on the corner of Lyme Road and Gore lane.
Surrounded by Holiday lets and residential houses and opposite the pub. It has a real village feel to it.
It is the perfect base for exploring Devon and Dorset and is close to many places of interest and beautiful beaches along the Jurassic coast. Lyme Regis is a picturesque walk or just a short drive away. Great for keen walkers or cyclist or the perfect spot to just relax.
Please park on the street near by, let yourself into the cottage and check the garage is suitable for your vehicle. The garage is big enough for a medium sized car but is slightly awkward to park in. Low sports cars will struggle with the large hump at the entrance. Max height is 1.8m so caution is need. Please see photo of garage instructions to follow soon. Thanks
There is generally parking on surrounding roads should your vehicle not fit in the garage.
There is a bus stop about 50m down lyme road at which the Jurassic coaster bus stops at. The X53 in particular allows you to enjoy some of the most spectacular views of the Jurassic Coast. The Jurassic Coaster services are operated by First Bus.
