'Group T&C's for 8 or more rooms booked': The hotel will require a non-refundable 10% deposit to confirm any bookings made of 8 or more rooms. The hotel will contact the booker to advise of the full T&C's for group bookings and to request the deposit amount. Non-payment of the requested deposit will mean the hotel will cancel the booking for all rooms.
A damage deposit of £100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
