Lovely newly built estate, very close to all local amenities and a stones throw from the sand dunes and beach. lovely, quiet area that is very close to train, tram, and bus facilities and even an airport. St. Annes has a lot of quirky family businesses and lots of activities for all the family. Blackpool Pleasure Beach is just a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bus or tram journey away, and another 10 minutes from there will have you next to the Blackpool Tower and all the attractions Blackpool has to offer.
