Cornerways is a former Marine Villa, dating back to 1870. Set within a quiet elevated location, with views over the English Channel and St Boniface Down. Situated within walking distance of both the picturesque village of Bonchurch and the picturesque seaside resort of Ventnor with its esplanade, shops, restaurants and Botanic Gardens. Ventnor is located on the southern most part of the Isle of Wight, enjoying an enviable sunshine record, referred to by many as a micro-climate. Ventnor has been the favourite holiday destination of many of England's artists, poets and writers. Charles Dickens wrote of Ventnor "... the prettiest place I ever saw in my life". All 8 en suite rooms are well decorated. All rooms have toiletries, towels, TV, wi fi and tea & coffee making facility. Two of our rooms offer superior accommodation, both are spacious,airy rooms with 15ft ceilings. Both rooms have ensuite bath and shower and double aspect windows with views onto the English Channel, room 12 also has a wonderful view of St Boniface downs. We always try to ensure that our guests have a memorable visit and will go out of our way to help make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. A continental breakfast basket is available as an optional extra so that you can enjoy your breakfast in bed, in the garden or even on the beach Stuart & Linda look forward to welcoming you. *We are able to provide a package including ferry crossing from Portsmouth to Fishbourne, please call for details
Located in a quiet residential area of Ventnor, within 10 minutes walk of the town centre, beach and Bonchurch Village and only a short walk to the bus stop. Access to the costal path nearby. Hotel located at the base of St Boniface Down and facing the English Channel.
