On the doorstep of the Ogwen Valley and within a short direct bus ride of Snowdon. This is one of the closest holiday cottages to Pen Y Pass, from where you can walk up Snowdon. This charming 19th century cottage has been renovated to a high standard and offers a modern, contemporary and homely ambience. The cottage offers 3 x first floor bedrooms (1 x King sized double, 1 x Twin and 1 x Double although only suitable for 5 persons in total), a separate lounge with cosy wood burning stove, a large open plan kitchen / diner and a ground floor bathroom with bath / overhead shower. The property is heated via gas central heating. Wooden flooring has been fitted throughout the downstairs whilst soft beige carpets offer a cosy feel upstairs. Guests are politely requested to leave shoes downstairs. The kitchen / diner offers a large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave. There is a breakfast bar suitable for 2 people and a separate dining table for up to 5 people. The lounge features a cosy log burner, a 32" flatscreen smart TV and WIFI. There is seating for up to 5 people. There is an enclosed outdoor seating area to the front of the cottage, from which to enjoy the spectacular mountain scenery / night sky. There is also a small enclosed yard at the rear with outside tap, ideal for storing / washing mountain bikes. The cottage is conveniently situated within walking distance of country pubs, outdoor shops, a lake and within minutes of the Plas Y Brenin outdoor centre. There is communal parking available.

Quiet, rural village surrounded by mountains, lakes and forest. A bus from the bottom of the garden will take you to the start of all paths that lead up Snowdon.
