With panoramic views over the Axe Valley and Jurassic coast, Hills Farm Stays is located within a former 17th-century dairy farm and set in over 100 acres of private countryside. Each of the converted stone barns features free WiFi and individual designs and furnishings. An LCD TV and iPod docking station are also provided. Our stone holiday cottages have been renovated to the highest standards, offering a range of quiet and comfortable accommodation to suit all requirements. Choose from a range of family rooms you can stay in all together to smaller rustic rooms for solo travellers. Relax and enjoy our holiday cottages near Lyme Regis in peaceful comfort. Hills Farm Stays has an on-site spa offering treatments of Thai massages, if you book ahead with Nina. The market town of Axminster is less than 10 minutes’ drive away and features a wide variety of shops and places to eat.

Please note each 'One-Bedroom House' are rustic rooms so please look at the photos of these rooms for reference. They are specifically for a no-frills getaway and are not the same as the rest of the accommodation.
Guests booking our 16 sleeper barns (Wagon Shed or Milking Parlour) are required to pay a 20% non refundable deposit upon booking.
Guests booking 4 or more rooms are also required to pay a 20% deposit, refundable up to 90 days before date of arrival.
All-male groups above 6 will not be accepted without prior arrangement.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse entry to the accommodation if above criteria has not been adhered too.
