Built in the early 1800's and known as Decoy Barn since then the barn and stables were converted in 1986 retaining much of their original and typically Norfolk, old world features. A majority of the rooms are located in the stables, to the sunny side of the barn, looking directly out over the patio, gardens and countryside beyond. The Decoy name comes from the two mile long Fritton Decoy Lake which is 300 yards away.
We are located on the edge of the Somerleyton Estate, over which we have beautiful views, looking down toward the Fritton Decoy Lake and its many attractions. The Fritton Arms, The Priory, The Dukes Head Somerleyton and The Decoy Tavern are all nearby
