Lovely roof terrace in the Summer (obviously you won't want to use it if it's cold or raining)
You will have exclusive use of your bedroom and ensuite bathroom (with washing machine)
It is a duplex - the small open plan kitchen/living room and large roof terrace are on the 2nd floor; you will eat breakfast in the kitchen/dining room or on the roof terrace depending on the weather.
The front door is on the ground floor.
Guests have access to their bedroom and bathroom which does not face the street (it faces the back of the house), the kitchen/living room during breakfast, the roof terrace during breakfast and in the evening, weather depending.
Please let me know in advance what you would like for breakfast and any dietary reqs - everything is top quality and bought in specially. Options are:

- Yoghurt
- Cereal
- Fresh fruit
- Freshly squeezed organge juice
- Cooked - weekends only (eggs and a variety of sides depending on what's available)

It would suit people who like to go out sight seeing during the day - transport is very good.

Hostess is an experienced chef.
We used to live in Oxfordshire and now live in London - but we can advise on a lot of the UK! We have 3 grown up children; when they were smaller they needed space to run all day so we moved to the country. We fell in love with this flat because the roof terrace. We also loved it that the area is urban, incredibly central and it's close to the tube, buses and overground, shops, cinemas etc.
A few minutes walk to Nine Elms tube (Northern Line), loads of buses (87, 77, 196, 452) and 15 minutes to Stockwell and Vauxhall (both Victoria Line)
It is an urban neighbourhood; the houses in our street and the two adjacent streets are Victorian railway workers cottages built around 1890.
There are loads of restaurants, a vast Sainsbury's, Waitrose and other shops nearby. Battersea Power station is 15 minutes walk or one stop on the tube.
