Your own room with ensuite bathroom in a home, few minutes walk to beach, Singleton Hospital. The property has 3 floors with several double bedrooms all of which are ensuite with shower and WC. This is a shared let with an individual host and guest rooms on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, both with ensuites. The host occupies one of these bedrooms.
