Property information

The Gaggle of Geese is a rural family-owned freehouse pub in Dorset. A chic family-friendly pub with skittle alley, function space, five acres of gardens, campsite and shepherd huts. Our 'Birdie' & 'Bumble' Shepherd Huts are made by the local award winning company Plankbridge. Birdie is aimed at couples with a kind sized bed, ensuite shower room and wood burning stove. Bumble can sleep up to four and so is ideal for families with kind sized bed, kitchenette & two single bunks. Our furnished bell tents provide the option to camp in style! Each has a double and two single beds complete with bedding, power pack, lighting and firepit Enjoy the peace of the rural village, amazing stars and your own firepit. Located within the grounds of the Gaggle, good beers, company and food is just a short walk away

Neighbourhood information

The Gaggle is located within the rural Dorset village of Buckland Newton. The village is surrounded by amazing countryside and walk. And benefits from a village shop, childrens play area and playing field. The famous Cerne Giant is a walk away or a short drive. Weymouth, Chesil Beach, Tank Museum, Lullworth Cove & Abbotsbury are all within a reasonable drive. Plenty to see and do!
