ROOM 1 - One night stand! What were you thinking? this cute single room has one lovely night stand where you can set your phone, books and hook up to the Internet. Complete with a desk, chair and garden view! You might spot a fox, squirrel or the neighbours cat from time to time. ROOM 2 - Double trouble! It's no trouble at all, you can share this small cosy double room with whoever you want, a friend, enemy or frenemy, totally up to you, I won't judge. Complete with a pair of chairs and a bespoke table for two where you can use your laptop or just sit and ponder about how the amazing carpenter Mr Damien made such a perfect table. ROOM 3 - Three's a crowd! Three's not a crowd in this spacious room that is suitable for a couple or family of 3, it has a double bed and single guest bed for the kid or the one who pulls the short straw. Complete with 2 desks, chairs and an alcove where you can stuff all the stuff you over-packed and will never use in this trip or just hide your luggage away.

Don't say my home looked a mess, Or whisper underneath your breath, That it didn't look perfect, I have faith in you that, You'll keep my home looking PERFECT! Ok that's enough Ed Sheeran for now but I don't charge a cleaning fee so kindly leave the place as you found it, mil gracias :-) Please note that this is a shared property it's essential to be respectful to other guests especially when using the kitchen and bathroom, this means limiting your time in the kitchen and observing quiet hours. I don't charge a cleaning fee so house keeping is not available during your stay, simple house rules are to clean up after yourself. This means after using the kitchen please wash up, dry and put the dishes away. Wipe the countertop, sweep the floor and throw the rubbish in the bins outside. Only preparing quick snacks and warming food is permitted, guests can use the kettle, toaster, microwave and airfryer. (Frying food with oil is strictly not permitted or cooking any food that has a strong smell such as fish and meat) Thanks!
