Stylish flat in Gullane village Boutique 2 bed flat with private garden and parking in central Gullane, and very close to what is officially the best beach in Scotland! Fantastic for couples and families alike. Handsomely renovated to a high standard, with woodburner for cosy winters and a private garden for summer barbecues. We can be flexible with beds, and split the master into two singles, making it even better for family stays. Dogs are also welcome. Traditional first floor Scottish flat, renovated to a high standard, providing: 1) Flexible accommodation - the king-size bed can be split into two single beds to accommodate children or friends sharing the room. 2) Private garden with outside seating - Garden is great for kids and dogs. A table and chairs is also provided. 3) Parking with space for one car. 4) Walk to the 'best beach in Scotland' in 5 minutes. 5) Welcome treats and a bottle of milk are provided for your arrival. Guests have the whole flat, which is on the first floor. Access is via an external staircase with railings. We have a contact on hand nearby for emergencies (or random queries). Lots of on-street parking is available. There is also space for a car in the garden (as shown in the picture) but some people prefer to leave it on the street rather than drive it down the little entry to the flat.

Gullane is a popular holiday destination year-round, appealing to golfers, walkers, sailors, nature enthusiasts and Scotland-lovers of all kinds. It boasts some of Britain's most famous golf courses - Muirfield, Gullane and Archerfield, and hosts big golfing events on the European Tour (including the Open and Scottish Open). The friendly town has lovely restaurants and traditional pubs and shops. The capital city, Edinburgh, is very accessible from Gullane, with a frequent bus service in the day and night buses for when you're having too much fun to go home early. Local towns include North Berwick - home of the Scottish Seabird Centre, picturesque harbour, lobster shack and boat trips (more details provided by email and in the flat). We have private parking for one car, and on street parking is not normally a problem (unless a big event is on). We have an outside plug socket which you can use for electric vehicles if you have the relevant adapters. Local bus services are excellent, connecting Gullane directly with most of East Lothian, and Edinburgh. A train service is available in nearby Drem which is a short drive from Gullane.
