My property is a 4 bedroom house, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room, and a large kitchen dinner, utility room, and garden. 2 guests bedroom with 1 shared bathroom for guests. The house is located on a main road, with takeway restaurants and convenience shops a 3-minute walk. Hither Green Train Station is a 15-minute walk trains to London and connections to the underground. Bus stop 3min walk if want to a leisurely trip into town or site seeing trip. If you are looking for a place to rest your head after a long day out, Joanne's Joint is for you.
I and my mother Etta live on the premises. I also work from home doing soft furnishings in my garden work. My mother likes gardening and cooking I love holidays/salsa/dinner out/gym/reading/spending time with family and friends. Getting to me new people is a bonus. I used to host young international students in the past, so I made the switch to hosting full-time. We have 4 cats . Preto male adult 12 years old 3 young sister Cindy / Cinnamon / Benji. So if you're a cat lover, you are welcome 🤗😻😺 Joanne 🫠
