Lakes Lodge je rodinný penzion situovaný v tradiční kamenné budově z 19. století v centru vesnice Windermere. Národní park Lake District a jezero Windermere jsou jen 5 minut jízdy od hotelu. Všechny pokoje mají vlastní koupelnu, TV, fén, malou lednici a příslušenství pro přípravu čaje a kávy. V útulné jídelně se podává anglická snídaně na objednávku. K dispozici jsou také kontinentální a vegetariánské pokrmy. Večeře si lze rezervovat v doporučené místní restauraci. Zábavní park World of Beatrix Potter je jen 2 km od hotelu. Na místě si lze předem domluvit výlety k jezeru Windermere. Bowness a jezero Windermere jsou vzdálené pouhých 15 až 20 minut chůze. Je možné zajistit okružní jízdy minibusem po Lake District, navštívit Hill Top, Dove Cottage a Hawkshead, kde můžete vidět galerii Beatrix Potter a školu Williama Wordswortha.
