This newly furnished and well kitted-out 1-bedroom apartment, with private parking, is only a 2 minute walk from Linlithgow train station and High Street. The city centre of Edinburgh is just a 15 minutes train journey, with several trains every hour. There are also direct trains for Glasgow and Stirling, both only a 30 minutes journey. Edinburgh Airport is 15 minutes’ drive.
Whether you are coming to Linlithgow for a ceremony, for temporary work in Edinburgh or to find a strategic base during the Festival or to travel around Scotland, this apartment will offer you comfortable accommodation in a very sought after residential location.
Linlithgow is a beautiful town with many historic sights, natural attractions and a great selection of bars, cafes and restaurants. Across the road from the apartment, you can access a walk-path that goes around Linlithgow Loch and Linlithgow Palace. These famous attractions where recently used to film the new Netflix series Outlander and Outlaw King.
First and top floor 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet building, located in a cul-de-sac away from any road noise. A self-check-in is in place and guests can access the apartment using a keylock box, with the code provided after the booking. The apartment is freshly decorated and kitted-out with everything needed to make the stay an enjoyable experience.
The apartment offers: allocated car parking, wi-fi, tv, coffee and hot drinks machine, a kitchen equipped for self-catering, washing machine, iron and ironing board to look after your clothes. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead electric-shower. Fresh linen and towels are provided. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, which can accommodate an extra guest or even two, for a few days. Extra duvet, linen, pillows and towels are also provided for the sofa-bed and the additional guest(s).
Regent Square is a pedestrianised shopping area immediately outside the apartment. Particularly useful are: the authentic Italian pizzeria with sit-in and take away facilities, the Indian restaurant and take away and the Tesco supermarket which is open from 7am till 10pm. This is simply ideal for a self-catering stay. The High Street, which is only a 2 minute walk, offers 11 pubs, several cafes and restaurants, as well as a nice selection of independent retail stores. Both entertainment and essential supplies are on the doorsteps
