Magnolia Cottage is a Grade 11 listed, chocolate box holiday home tucked away in the Old Town of Moreton in Marsh. The front garden is stocked with Magnolia trees which smell divine during the summer months. The main entrance leads into a large lounge and seating area. There is a stunning inglenook fireplace with a log burner, under floor heating and smart TV. There is ample seating for six guests along with a well stocked library corner to cosy up in with a good book or enjoy a family games session on a rainy day. The lounge leads through into the kitchen where you will find your complimentary welcome hamper. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, crockery and plenty of glassware. It features an oven and hob, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine along with a free standing fridge freezer. The back door from the kitchen leads straight out into a mature 'secret' garden with a huge magnolia tree as the main feature. Here you will also find BBQ facilities and out door furniture for alfresco dining. On the first floor the cottage has a double bedroom over looking the church at the front with built in storage and sumptuous bed linens and soft furnishings. Next door is the main bathroom with full size bath and overhead shower. Over looking the back garden is a lovely double room with adjacent shower room.
