Millpond House is an immaculate, architect designed new build home which was completed in the summer of 2021. The house boasts an enviable location on the edge of the village of Portree, with stunning views all around, and is within easy walking distance of the island capital’s amenities including a wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops and recreational pursuits. Off road parking for several cars is provided. The house benefits from central heating, a wood burning stove and Wifi.
Doug and Helen live in Kintore, Aberdeenshire. Helen is originally from Skye and this was the motivation behind building Millpond House.
Millpond House is situated at the edge of the village of Portree but within easy walking distance of the village centre and the large Co-op supermarket.
