This Grade II listed, 15th-century manor house offers four-star, luxury rooms and award-winning dining in an idyllic location by the Worcestershire and Staffordshire canal. The hotel Restaurant boasts 2 AA rosettes and offers a wide variety of menus including an á la carte and lunch menu. Guests can also enjoy the countryside and canal views from the bright and airy conservatory. The Moat House also includes the warm, informal Brasserie Bar, with 14th-century beams and decoration, log fires, and lakeside picnic tables. Rooms at The Moat House include luxury furnishing, private en suite bathrooms, and free Wi-Fi. Guests are also provided with TVs, hairdryers, and tea and coffee-making facilities. The Moat House is situated in the rural village of Acton Trussell. The town of Stafford and Stafford Rail Station are just 10 minutes’ drive away, while Stafford Castle and the M6 motorway are only 10 minutes away by car.
