Close to Birmingham Airport (7 mins drive), Birmingham International Train Station, NEC, Resorts World & HS2. • Coffee, tea, sugar, milk & biscuits provided on arrival • 2 Allocated parking spaces at the front of the house • Two memory foam Kingsize beds • Ultra-Fast 150Mbps Wi-Fi • 50” TV Freeview/Netflix/HDMI • Fully equipped kitchen • Washing machine/iron • Shower/ Bath/ Towels provided This property sleeps up to 4 people with two King size beds. Recently furbished modern new build house on a private road. For guests looking to cook the kitchen is equipped with all you need; cutlery/mugs/wine glasses, knife rack, cooking pans, salt & pepper, oils, a few complimentary sauces and of course most importantly tea, coffee & sugar. Washing machine only (drying racks for radiators are provided), Iron & ironing board. All washing machine tablets/cleaning materials are provided. Parking space for 2 cars Check in from 3pm Check out at 11am Self check-in with key lock box at the front door, the code will be sent the morning of check in No parties or social gatherings are allowed as this is a residential house. The house is next to the railway and airport so you will be able to spot some planes and hear the odd train but not noticeable when indoors. Convenience store, Fish & Chip Shop, Subway, Restaurants- Piri Fino, Simla restaurant & cocktail bar, The Marston Green Tavern Pub are a 3 minute drive or 12 minute walk from the property. ASDA supermarket/Shopping Centre/McDonalds/KFC, 2 mile away Resorts World Shopping Mall/Outlet centre/Cinema/Several Restaurants, 3.7 miles away (Resorts World) Birmingham City Centre is approx. 10 mins train ride from International or Marston Green train station. If your looking to get around easy- download the uber app and you can easily book taxis to pick you up and drop you off.
