All twin beds in this accommodation can be converted to double beds. The apartments also include a seating area with a flat-screen TV, a dining area and bathroom with both a bath and shower. HUGE WELSH RUGBY FAN (with an England rugby supporting son & Irish ancestry - don't ask!) - I love meeting our guests and building our growing portfolio of properties. LOCATION - situated on the River Taff and directly opposite and overlooking the Principality (Millennium) Stadium, you really are on the doorstep of the heart of the City. Cardiff Central train station, restaurants, bars, the indoor market and tourist attractions such as Cardiff Castle, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff University, Sherman Theatre, New Theatre, St David's shopping malls are all within 2 to 10 minutes’ walk, as is the hourly "fun" water taxi to Cardiff Bay. In addition, most Sundays there is a food market directly opposite the property from 9am to 2pm throughout the year, ideal for breakfast or lunch. FULLY FLEXIBLE BED OPTIONS - all of our twin bed bedrooms convert into double bed bedrooms - ideally, we require 72 hours' notice, and we will configure individual bedrooms to your requirements. LATE CHECK IN - no problem - we have key safe access - but we will require identification of the primary guest and card holder before providing codes.
EARLY CHECK IN - no problem - if we have no guests departing on your check in date, access can be from 8am. If guests are departing on your check-in date, we will prioritise and clean your apartment first AND we can always store luggage until your apartment is ready. Further, we invariably have an apartment available, where you can have a comfort break before heading into the city. LOCAL KNOWLEDGE - having travelled extensively for several years, I know the importance of local knowledge and if you haven't been to Cardiff before, we have a wealth of local knowledge. OWNER MANAGED "HANDS ON" BUSINESS - extremely flexible and adaptable - the buck stops with us! We want our guests to have the best experience and we're proud of our reviews to date and the growing repeat business that we now enjoy! For more local knowledge - from local "white water" rafting, cycle hire, quad biking, museums, pole dancing lessons, visiting and going down into an actual Welsh coal mine to "Prosecco & Art" - make a booking! PLEASE NOTE a) all but Apartment 1 (the 4 bedroom apartment) have 1 bathroom so for match/music events they are OK for larger groups for 1 or 2 nights but we recommend no more than 6 people per bathroom especially for longer stays b) our apartments vary in size and layout so please ensure you CLICK on the apartment specific photo link to see photos of your apartment c) Apartment 3 (split level apartment) is at the rear of the building and does not overlook the stadium d) Apartment 3 has an open plan staircase so may not be suitable for young children.
