Stylish first floor apartment in country market town.
Set within the Conservation area of Cupar in North East Fife this chic apartment has a private entrance, two bedrooms (sleeps 4), shower room, open lounge / dining / kitchen area and utility room.
The off centre location is tucked away along a lane with a pleasant old town aspect. Restaurants, cafes and shops are all nearby.
There are two double beds in comfortably appointed rooms.
The apartment has wi-fi, USB outlets and a smart TV.
The well appointed kitchen includes an oven, 4 pan hob, extractor fan, fridge with freezer box, microwave / grille, coffee machine, toaster and a comprehensive list of equipment and crockery to make and serve most meals.
There is a starter supply of tea, coffee, coffee pods, sugar, small biscuits, salt and pepper.
The dining area has a built dining bar and 4 stools.
The utility room has a washing machine, drier frame, iron and ironing board.
Towels, handwash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided.
Dogs are welcome and limited to two - there is a supplemental charge.

North East Fife is a blissful rural area with much to see and do. There is an abundance of town, village and country walks, castles, gardens, old fishing villages and a raft of visitor centres that show off the areas rich cultural and agricultural heritage.
There is a high concentration of golf courses in NEF and the wider region of Fife. Golfers can choose from a great variety of courses including links, parkland and even hillside.
The stunning University town of St Andrews (the Home of Golf) is a 15 minute drive from the property. This ancient town has wonderful architecture, a cathedral and a castle, two beaches, world famous golf courses, a wide variety of shops and many other places of interest.
The old market town of Cupar offers supermarkets, a fuel station, electric car charging points, a variety of small local shops and a mainline (East coast) train station.
Edinburgh is 1hr away, Dundee 15 mins, Perth 30 mins if you wish to travel farther afield.
