Our property consists of two self contained flats, Ortari is on the ground floor. Own private entry to the flat, and driveway parking for up to 2 cars. The flat is also suitable for persons with mild mobility with only two low rise steps into the accommodation. A very spacious flat, it consists of a large lounge, dining room, fully fitted and equipped kitchen, excellent sized double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower cubicle. The flat has direct access to our shared back garden, from the kitchen. We have a large secure garage and would be happy to allow this to be used to store, bikes, surf boards, wet suits, golf buggies, fishing equipment, etc.
We ave two lovely public houses within a stones throw of the house, both serving delicious home cooked food and locally brewed beers and ales. A well stocked supermarket is on hand, as well as 2 village post offices,a pharmacist, doctors surgery and two churches. We are Perfectly located and within walking distance to Brandy Cove, Pwll Du, a short drive or bus ride to Three Cliffs Bay and Caswell Bay, as well as being an easy drive or bicycle ride to every part of Gower, the furthest being only a 20 minute drive away, we have no idea how long by bike !! We are on the bus route for the Gower Explorer too. The lovely fishing village of Mumbles is just a 10 minute drive or a short trip on the local bus.
