On Queen’s Promenade on Blackpool’s North Shore, Granada Apartments Berkeley offers a range of contemporary serviced apartments, with a sun terrace to the front and walled patio area to the rear. Each apartment has a sea view, an open plan lounge with leather sofas, and a 40-inch TV. The bathroom has a bath or shower, with towels and complimentary toiletries provided. We're happy to welcome dogs by arrangement, in 5 of our 13 apartments, located on the ground and first floors. A welcome pack with tea, coffee and sugar is provided on arrival. The kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a breakfast bar, with all crockery, cutlery and utensils supplied. The building has a laundry room and each apartment has a designated parking space. All are serviced weekly, with daily service available on request. Granada Apartments Berkeley is a 5-minute drive from Blackpool North Train Station, and just 4 minutes from the Blackpool Tower.

The Berkeley was built in the roaring 20s as a high class private hotel with 32 guest bedrooms. Some 50 years later, the building was converted to offer a range of apartments, all with sea views, in a second-to-none location on the more peaceful side of the town. Built in 1926 and located in a prominent position at the start of Queens Promenade, The Berkeley is ideally placed for all that the Fylde coast has to offer, with both bus and tram stops just outside the building. The Berkeley comprises 13 individually designed, fully furnished and equipped en-suite apartments, accommodating from 2 to 7 guests, and each affording wonderful sea views. The apartments are located over 4 storeys and there's a lift for guests to use to all floors. There’s a ground floor apartment suitable for guests with limited mobility. Our ground floor and first floor apartments are dog-friendly, so The Berkeley is a perfect holiday choice, with the beach right on the doorstep for taking your dog on long, leisurely walks. Each apartment comprises a fully fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and dishwasher. All crockery, cutlery and utensils supplied, as well as welcome tea/coffee/sugar, fresh milk and biscuits for when you arrive.
