It looks out onto Market Square but the flat has sound insulation so very quiet. Henley has a number of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and pubs - all on your doorstep and Henley Regatta is walking distance from the apartment.

Hello! I am married to Mark and we have 2 school-age boys and live close to Henley on Thames. We have both lived in cities (London for many years) but have ditched city life for the countryside. I worked for a newspaper for 7 years and during that time, found a love of yoga and have been teaching for the last 18 years. Since the pandemic, we have decided to take advantage of living in this beautiful part of the UK and Airbnb a fabulous property in Henley as we love this town. We have been guests in a number of Airbnbs in the UK and abroad and like meeting fellow Brits, people from abroad - others in the Airbnb community. We obviously welcome communication with guests and are more than happy to offer our recommendations for places to eat, drink or areas to visit locally. However, we also recognise that you may be on holiday and may not want to be disturbed.

Henley is a picturesque market town on the river which hosts many events throughout the year, the most famous being Henley Royal Regatta. Henley Festival, a black tie open air event soon after the Regatta is a unique music festival which has brought the likes of Elton John, Jessie J, Paloma Faith and Stevie Wonder (to name only a few!) The apartment is close to a local butcher, pharmacy and many restaurants and coffee shops. You can walk to the river within 5 minutes and can stroll along the towpath for miles. It is very close to the station so very accessible to those wishing to get here by train. Heathrow airport is 40 minutes away by taxi. The flat sits in a unique spot to venture into the surrounding Chiltern valley, and discover some celebrated local eateries.
