Super king double bedroom with its own private large en-suite bathroom on the first floor. A quiet house, so please be mindful of the neighbours when playing music. Located very close to Queen’s Park on a quiet cull de sac. The house is within a 10 minute walk from the heart of Kemptown and the South Downs. At the end of the road there is a warm and friendly local pub, and a small supermarket open till 9pm. The space The room gets plenty of sun in the morning(there is a black out blind for a lie in!). It is a first floor, well equipped room with a kettle and fridge. Drinking water can be obtained from cold water tap in the shower room. There is a key safe, so late check is fine and the room is lockable. Other things to note Please let me know in advance if you need daily parking permits. Alternatively, there is pay and display nearby at the bottom of Evelyn Terrace and College Terrace.
