Property information

The Beach House offer contemporary accommodation with a mix of holiday apartments and residential properties. Ideally situated virtually on the sandy beach of Porth guests love the location. It doesn't get much closer to the beach.

Neighbourhood information

Porth is a great beach location. It's a mile away from the bustle of Newquay which makes it close enough if guests want some activity but then far enough away to enjoy a quieter retreat. Porth is a sheltered cove with level access to the long sandy beach. It's popular with families and is regarded as one of the safer beaces in the area. There's a lovely walk to Porth Island which is close by.

• All apartments are individually styled and the images are representative of the type but not necessarily of the apartment you will be allocated.

• For extended holiday stays of 28 nights or more a £500 security deposit is required. This is fully refundable subject to no loss, damage or breakages or if the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition and/or requiring an excessive amount of cleaning.
