About this property
In the heart of Windermere Village, The Cottage offers charming 4-star accommodation in the Lake District. Built in the 1800s, it is the oldest house in Windermere. With a feature bed included in most rooms, the guest house mixes modern with traditional features. Each room has an en suite shower room and a TV and DVD player. Breakfast with a wide choice of cold and cooked items, including vegetarian options, are served in the traditional dining room. Guests can enjoy evening meals in Windermere’s range of pubs and restaurants, which are on the doorstep. For travel, Windermere Train and Bus stations are just a 2-minute walk away.
