In the grounds of an ancient Sussex farmstead next to the Norman Church, the Dairy is a light one-storey conversion of the farm’s dairy to give a perfect setting for a holiday of any length for two to relax in comfort and explore the pleasures of Sussex. This idyllic farmstead lies in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, between Rye and Hastings, two miles to the sea, on the 1066 Country Walk and amidst wonderful countryside.
Surrounded by farmland and ancient woodlands in rolling Wealden countryside. The Dairy is nestled next to the village church and its suntrap garden is hidden by native hedging. The local pub is 20 minutes walk over the fields and through the woodland. In the middle of the countryside, next to the 1066 Country Walk, there are walks in all directions. A short car journey to the coast at Pett Level, the attractions of Hastings and Rye both within 5 miles. Easy secure parking behind a five bar gate in the farmstead, away from people and roads. There is an hourly bus west to Hastings or east to Rye (and on to Dover and Folkestone) from Guestling Green.
