THE FORTIS PARTY HOUSE with Swimming Pool and a Bubbling Hot Tub Jacuzzi For 2023, the property has been completely refurbished, including a new Kitchen and all new accessories, new Carpets, new Decorations and a host of other improvements, including a Games Room, Smart TV, SKY TV, NETFLIX, and Superfast BT Broadband and WiFI A substantial 5-bedroom holiday home sleeping up to 23 guests. Set in its own large private secluded grounds with no pesky neighbours to disturb your Holiday Break. The private property offers spacious accommodation inside and outside, with excellent large-group facilities, including a separate Dining Room to seat all 23 guests. A long driveway gives parking for many cars and the huge gardens offer a Swimming Pool, a patio area and a Hot Tub Jacuzzi for eight people. This really is the perfect Party House with the property down a long country lane, making the venue very private and peaceful. There are lovely views from every window to add to your joyous holiday break and inside the property, there is a solid classic country home and cosy feel, with plenty of room to spread out between the Kitchen, Lounge and Sun Lounge. The property includes a Games Room with a full-size American Pool table and a Classic Football Table The whole accommodation is flexible to suit any style of large Family and Friends for their UK Holiday gathering. There are plenty of facilities, including a well-equipped Kitchen, large fridge freezers and a utility room Upstairs. Upstairs, there is a huge landing with the five bedrooms, with one ensuite bathroom and two other family bathrooms. There is a good mix of double beds, singles and bunk beds. We can also help you to plan you weekend with help with your shopping, supply a BBQ and Breakfast Chef, or arrange some group activities The property sleeps 23 adults or children, in a range of Single, Double and Triple Bunk Beds
