Links Lets Room Only nabízí ubytování pouze s vlastní koupelnou a bezplatným parkováním. Nabízíme dvoulůžkové pokoje s oddělenými postelemi a manželskou postelí s vlastní sprchou v každém pokoji, podnos s občerstvením a toaletní potřeby zdarma. Máme šest pokojů v prvním patře s přístupem přes vnější kovové schodiště, a proto nemusí být vhodné pro někoho se zdravotním postižením. Snug pokoj je vkusně zařízený a má vlastní parkoviště mimo pokoj s přístupem do přízemí. Pokoje jsou v centru Seahouses, dvě minuty chůze od rušného přístavu, kde vyplouvají lodní výlety na ostrovy Farne a je požehnán krásnými plážemi a krajinou, v srdci Northumberland, který je pepín s historickými hrady, včetně Bamburgh a Alnwick (známý pro Harry Potter). V pěší vzdálenosti najdete celou řadu restaurací, hospod a kaváren.
Hostům, kteří se zde ubytovali v páru, se velmi líbila lokalita – dali jí hodnocení 9,6.
