Külalistemaja Ness on säilitanud paljud algupärased arhitektuurilised detailid. Külalistemaja on Victoria ajastu maja, mis ehitati 1877. aastal. Hotell asub Invernessi linnas Šoti mägismaal ning pakub tasuta parkimist tänavalt väljas neljale standardsuuruses autole ja tasuta WiFi-ühendust. Iga parkimiskoha jaoks on olemas 11 kw elektrisõiduki laadimispunkt, seega on igal toal eraldi EV laadimispunkt. Majutusasutuse Ness Guest House maitsekalt sisustatud tubades on lameekraaniga televiisor, DVD- ja CD-mängija ning privaatne vannituba, kus on tasuta tualetitarbed ja föön. Samuti on olemas tee ja kohvi valmistamise võimalus. Igal hommikul pakutakse kõigile külalistele värskelt valmistatud Šoti hommikusööki. Invernessi loss ja Eastgate'i ostukeskus on vaid mõneminutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Invernessi katedraal ja Eden Courti teater on vähem kui 1,6 km kaugusel ning Loch Ness jääb külalistemajast 20-minutilise autosõidu kaugusele.
