A deceptively spacious, newly refurbished detached stable conversion in the grounds of a Victorian house on the outskirts of the pretty Devon village of Dalwood, set in the Blackdown Hills AONB. Perfect for couples, facilities include integrated electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, wine fridge, log burner, tv, power shower, outside dining area and wi-fi. Only 6 miles inland from the coastal resorts of Lyme Regis and Seaton with the market towns of Axminster and Honiton 3 & 5 miles away.
The property is located in a small lane on the outskirts of the village of Dalwood. There are some fabulous views of the surrounding countryside and nearby Shute Woods. The village centre is about 15 minutes walk which boasts a Pub,Church and Village Store. A car is essential as public transport is scarce to say the least.
