Property information

An award-winning, detached, Victorian Guest House standing elegantly within its own gardens in a favoured area of Torquay. This handsome Victorian Villa was originally built as a family home in the 1860s. Featuring characteristic large airy rooms and fashionable high ceilings with decorative mouldings. Each room has large feature windows which flood the rooms with natural daylight, but which have been sympathetically double glazed for your comfort. Villa Marina Guest House stands proudly within its own south facing garden where you might enjoy a leisurely cream tea or summer evening drink. We are just minutes walk from both Torre and Torquay train stations and have plenty of guest parking available. It is just a short, level walk to Torquay seafront, Torquay harbour, shops and restaurants and is a perfect base from which to explore the surrounding countryside, moorland or plethora of visitor attractions, or to just breathe in the stunning beauty of the South Devon coastline. We use the finest locally sourced ingredients where possible for your breakfasts, which are chosen from our extensive menu and cooked freshly to order.

Attractions are just a short walk away from the Villa. Torre Abbey, beach, the harbour side restaurants and the town centre within easy reach. We’re conveniently located near both the Torre and Torquay railway stations and bus stops that provide a regular service around the bay and surrounding towns.
