The apartment has a very spacious, well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, making it ideal for families with children. The apartment is furnished with cooking utensils and tableware, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The apartment has two bathrooms. The table sits 8 comfortably and top quality linen, crockery and glassware are provided for your convenience. The kitchen provides direct access to the enclosed garden and alfresco dining area. Relax: The spacious lounge features original stripped floor, a gas stove and working shutters with seating for 8. Entertainment is provided with flatscreen TV, Freeview TV channels, PS3 and DVD player and an I-pod docking station. The bedrooms have been beautifully decorated in soothing tones of cream, linen and heather and feature painted furniture, sumptuous throws and 800 thread count crisp white linen. Sisal flooring is fitted throughout. A cot is available together with bedding. The bathrooms benefit from power showers, luxurious thick fluffy towels and quality toiletries are provided for your convenience.

The WM Apartments are located in the leafy suburb of Newington, approx. 1 m south of the Royal Mile, on the edge of Holyrood Park This is a high amenity area with an excellent shopping complex at Cameron Toll and good access to excellent restaurants, bars and local specialist shops. The location is also convenient for The Royal Infirmary and the University King’s Buildings. It is within easy walking distance of the city centre and is in close proximity to a variety of golf courses, the open spaces of Holyrood park and leisure facilities at the Royal Commonwealth Pool. There is easy access southwards towards the city bypass which connects to Edinburgh Business Park, the airport and the Central Scotland motorway network. The WM Apartments offer easy access to many notable places of interest in Edinburgh including Holyrood Palace, the Scottish Parliament, Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile and the shopping district on Princes Street and beyond. WM Apartments are also ideally located for Edinburgh University and the Pollock Halls of Residence, the Kings Buildings, the Pleasance and Peffermill playing fields.
