Set in 250 acres of landscaped gardens, De Vere Wokefield Estate boasts leisure facilities including a swimming pool, a gym, an 18-hole championship golf course, event facilities as well as an outdoor activity course with 9 lakes and mature trees. Free WiFi is also available. In 2018, the property completed a 20 million pound renovation project. A professional golf shop and golf practice facilities are also on-site. There are state-of-the-art conference facilities in Wokefield Place. De Vere Wokefield Estate is less than 2 miles from Mortimer Rail Station and a 15-minute drive from Reading city centre. London Heathrow Airport is just 29 miles away. If you are bringing your dog with you, you are welcome to join us in Benedict’s Bar for dinner. If breakfast is included in your room rate, a member of staff will assist you and find you a dog-friendly area for you to enjoy your breakfast. Dogs are not permitted in The View or the 1560 Restaurant. Enjoy live cooking in The View Restaurant with menus that celebrate local produce and seasonality. Alternatively, grab a quick bite to eat in Benedict's Bar or indulge in Afternoon Tea in the 1560 Lounge & Bar.
